SSS BP ser. tortilla machine is the best choice for small investors
to start tortilla business because of its small size and stable
production capacity. The dough of moisture≥ 65% works well on this
system.
Tortilla size and baking temperature can be adjusted automatically
on the PLC touch screen. System language is chosen by clients’
needs.
Application Range: Ready-to-Eat and Ready-to-Cook Mexican tortilla wrap, corn
tortilla bread, burrito, Indian Chapati, Spanish Omlette, pie
crust, Matzo etc..

Improved Design

New Designed double extruders Small Torttila Making Machine. This
is an improved one, changed the design of extruders, make the
doughs come out precisely equal from both extruders.

Direction for use

1. Doughs are extruded into blocks and dough size can be adjusted by
PLC control systom.2. The dough is pressed into a thin-crusted shape when it arrivls the
bottom of press device and the thickness can be adjusted.
3. The thin-crusted dough is baked in an oven.
4. After baking process,the thin-crusted dough passes through the
cooling conveyor blet.
5. Collecting and packing.

From dough directly to tortilla;
Size, thickness, baking temperature, baking time, digital
adjustment;
PLC parameter display, tough screen operation, simple and clear;
Tortilla size adjustable from 5 cm to 30 cm;
Tortilla thickness adjustable from 0.5mm to 2.0mm, depend on
exact recipe proportion;
