SSS Mango processing line is to produce different final products
from fresh mangoes. Popular products include mango pulp, mango
puree, mango concentrate, mango paste, mango juice, mango beverage
and so on. The final mango products are packaged aseptically in
drums, bags or in other style.

Main structure
The jam production line mainly includes the following parts:
——Suction system: used to extract raw materials from sterile
barrels or ton boxes;
——Sugar dissolving and blending system: the tank is equipped with
digital analog static pressure liquid level gauge to reduce manual
intervention and workload and ensure product quality;
——Vacuum sandwich pot boiling system: fully automatic PLC control,
complete system functions, equipped with vacuum device, steam valve
group, etc., and specially designed condensation recovery device,
which can recover volatile aromatic substances and ensure product
quality;
——Filling system: it adopts the plunger filling form specially
designed for the filling of high viscosity materials, which is
controlled by full-automatic PLC;
——Labeling or labeling system: fully automatic PLC control;
——Rear pasteurization cooling system and rear conveying and
packaging: fully automatic PLC control;
——RO water system: fully automatic PLC control, used for preparing
beverage water;
——CIP cleaning system. Independent Siemens control system, fully
automatic PLC control.
